More About Paisley

Paisley Vaughn is an Alabama native, born November 16, 1986. She attended performing arts camps at the age of four and attended Saint John Resurrection Catholic School from pre-k through fourth grade. She auditioned for the school's Christmas play at age six, where Mrs. Judy Crump, the choreographer, also a dance instructor of Alabama Dance Theater, noticed her natural talent. She recommended Paisley take a ballet class at the dance school. Paisley loved it and began building her foundation in the arts.

At age nine, she was casted as a munchkin in Alabama State University Theatre Production, "The Wiz." She asked permission to audition for the age specific role and was casted for that production and then asked to perform for three other future productions. Amongst college drama students, Paisley developed a respect for the arts, a passion for dance and a love for acting.
